Test as much as you can..(styling)

Testing is the time honoured form of learning the trade in fasion imagery.
Your job is to show the reader what is availiable from a variety of different sources an clever ways of wearing them.A good stylist can use an expensive jacket with a cheaper shirt and skirt or vice versa.
They stylists in the audience will be looking for visual trends and directions.
They will note hair, make up and accessories and how they are all put together for the "total silhouette".
An abillity to iron, work to a brief, source and care for garments and to work with enthusiasm,is what the proffessionals are looking for.
Test as much as you can.
Testing is hard work and it doesn't always work out how you imagined, but whether it's successful in terms of final image doesn't really matter.Anyone hoping for a job as a stylist needs to build up a good portfolio of work. The way to do this is to test.
