Frank Horvat was seminal for fashion photography, using natural make up and pastoral backdrops rather than the revailing mood of urban formality.
He was a photojournalist and his first cover for magazine appeared in 1951 for Italian Epoca.
This experience has benefited his fashion work iving a broad quality to technically adept images that catch the eye.
