The milieu of art seems more and more his place and this time Hedi Sliman ha salso curated an exhibition at Almine Rech Gallery in Paris, called “California Dreamin”. Needless to say the selection of artists he wanted for this includes John Baldessari, Ed Ruscha, Dennis Hopper and Mike Kelley but also Chris Burden, Bruce Conner, John McCracken, Aaron Curry, Mark Grotjhan, Patrick Hill, Joel Morrison, Raymond Pettibon, Sterling Ruby, Jim Shaw and Aaron Young. The show is about myths and legends of great Los Angeles and it will stay on until March 26. Worth a visit
